A brilliant color-accurate touchscreen hobbled by a slow 60Hz panel and a very high price. It's a specialist tool for digital artists who need touch input. For $1800, most people should look elsewhere.

The ALOGIC Aspekt is a 32-inch 4K touchscreen monitor that wants to be your all-in-one creative command center. It's got a glossy IPS panel with fantastic color accuracy, a built-in USB-C dock, and a height-adjustable stand.

But here's the thing: it's a $1800 monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate and a 14ms response time. That puts its performance in the 1st percentile in our database. It's built for precision, not speed.

For creative work, this screen is a dream. The 95% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB color coverage is top-tier, landing in the 93rd percentile. The 4K resolution on a 32-inch screen is sharp, and the glossy finish makes colors pop. Just don't expect to game on it. That 60Hz/14ms combo feels sluggish compared to even basic office monitors today.

At $1800, the value proposition is tough. You're paying a massive premium for the touchscreen and docking features. You can get a 32-inch 4K professional monitor with similar color accuracy from Dell or LG for several hundred dollars less, but you'd lose the touch input. This is a 'need it or don't' feature tax.

Compared to a Dell UltraSharp 27" 4K, you get a bigger screen and touch, but lose out on Dell's reliability and often a lower price. Against the ASUS ROG Swift 32" QD-OLED, you get perfect blacks and a 240Hz refresh rate for similar money, but lose the touchscreen and built-in dock. The Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 gives you a massive, immersive screen for productivity, but it's a completely different beast. This ALOGIC sits in a weird, expensive middle ground.

Gamers and fast-paced content creators should skip this immediately. The refresh rate is a deal-breaker. Also, if you don't need a touchscreen, you can get the same core color performance for much less money from brands like Dell or LG.

Buy this only if you are a digital artist, designer, or video editor who absolutely needs a large, accurate touchscreen and wants the dock built-in. It's a fantastic tool for that specific workflow. For everyone else, there are better, faster, and cheaper 4K monitors out there.
