The Jxrev J51 nails comfort and battery for very little money, but the case is maddening and the ANC doesn't work. Buy them for casual listening if you can snag them under $30, just know you'll be fighting the case daily.

The Jxrev J51 is one of those rare budget finds that gets a few things spectacularly right and a few things spectacularly wrong. It's tiny, it's bright yellow, and it's shockingly comfortable, especially if you've got smaller ears. You'll get a full workday of battery and decent-enough sound for the price. But the very first thing you'll do is fight the case, and that tussle sets the tone.

The 13mm drivers push a warm, bass-heavy sound that sits well above average for the price bracket. Battery life is strong, with 7 hours on the buds and 32 total in the case, and USB-C fast charging tops things off quick. The ANC is listed, but don't get excited. Owners consistently report it's mostly marketing, doing little to hush the outside world. Bluetooth 5.4 pairs fast, though you might get the occasional dropout. Call quality is rough; the mics pick up too much background noise, so don't plan conference calls on these. Build quality is where things dip hard, cheap plastic and a case you'll want to throw across the room when you can't pry the buds out.

If you need clear call quality or actual noise cancellation, skip these. Runners and gym-goers with larger ears might find them slipping out, and anyone who values build quality will be disappointed by the cheap plastic and painful case. Spend a touch more for fewer headaches.

Grab these if you want dirt-cheap earbuds for podcasts and background music and don't mind wrestling the case open every time. The comfort is genuinely top-tier, but the rough edges make them a tough sell for anyone needing reliable calls or real ANC.
